This is the first in a series of intuitive mixed-media works using watercolour, ink, pencil and pastel. They celebrate the vibrant colours of West Kerry, Ireland, with the golden gorse, scarlet fuchsia, bright pasture greens and gorgeous blues of the Atlantic Ocean.

They are painted on Aquabord, a special clay surface mounted on a wooden panel, are varnished, and are ready for framing or hanging without a frame.
